Soul of the Dragoon Missing

Date/Time of bug noticed: 05 February 2016, approximately 7:00 p.m. EST.

Location: At the Free Company House.

Name of NPC: None, happened to my Player Character.

Actions taken: Approximately 8 GM messages and approximately 60 inventory checks for the missing job Crystal.

Name of item you used: N/A

How it occurred: Was missing when I logged in on the above mentioned date and time and attempted to use my Dragoon gear set.

Possibly helpful information: Neither the Lancer nor the Dragoon trainer offer me the Crystal again. If View Search Info for my character is chosen, Lancer is level 60 and Dragoon has a - listed. I also have the, " ... The Azure Dragoon," title unlocked.

This isn't the first time you've reported this issue... I remember reading your other post here:

However, your previous post was filed under "Insufficient Information" because you failed to follow the proper bug report template as described here:
http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-THIS-FIRST%29

I fear this post may also end up being vertically filed as "ain't got no time for this" unless you follow the template detailed in the above post.

If you're playing on PC, you can get the System Information you need to provide from the launcher's config menu and copy paste the part with System Information (you can usually leave out the rest)

If you're playing on PS3/PS4, you'll need to check the exact model number of your console (written on a sticker at the back)
