Housing rights for non-fc members and personal room size

So I'm part of a rp fc and it occurred to me that we have quite a few people from other fc's or no fc's at all coming over to our house and with the ability to give housing rights to other people for your personal house I thought that perhaps something similar could be done for FC houses and personal rooms.

Though for FC's perhaps only allowing rights to water and fertilize the garden, feed chocobos, and teleport to the house, while personal rooms could get the same treatment as personal houses.

Also as a side note, please please PLEASE allow us to purchase an extension to our personal rooms. Either a second floor, or perhaps a small hallway leading to a second room. Because frankly it is looking like you will NEVER be able to solve the housing crisis and just adding more cool furniture when the rooms are too small to viably add anymore in them is just adding salt to the wound. And I'm not talking about the item limit, I'm talking about the rooms being physically too small for the furniture.

A side note, -everyone- can tend the plants in garden. If you wanted to be good samaritan you could ride throu your ward and water(tend) each and every plant possibly saving some that were wilting.

If we could share housing resources I'd have my crafting benches available to the public. Would also be nice to be able to put them outside in that case - an entire crafter's yard.
