Disappointed

good morning..
i cant express how disappointed i´m with the help recived from SE support center.
im starting my second month subscription with this odd issue... "i still cant access to the Heavensward content" and before u ask let me answer with some points.
1 yes all quest from ARR are completed

2 "coming to ishgard" quest is in red and says (u must have a HW copy registred and installed)

3 yes ive got a HW code activated into my account

4 yes my ARR and my HW subscription are for the same console (ps3)

5 ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times delete the cache along with all my in game configs (macros configs etc)

6 yes all actualizations patches and stuff are downloaded

7 ive made contact with SE mail support, they told me "u must ask to a GM help" ...ive made contact with a GM they told me "u should contact to live support" ... and then i talk with a nice guy named Mark in life support and he told me "u must contact with Sony PSN" by then ive got this face >>> (-_-)

8 my char by now is lvl 53 and i still cant acces to ishgard or any HW content

9 my subscription is payed till 8/mar

10 i feel cheated ... im paying for some services im not reciving

if anyone in here is interested in help me i will apreciate ur efforts keeping in mind that no one in SE is doing anything and im start feeling like a fraud victim

Did you contact PSN, or did he tell you why you should do that? Maybe there's an issue with your registration on the PSN side of things. (No idea about how it works with PS at all, just an idle thought)

- Which console are you on? 3 or 4?

- Did you receive a huge download also for the xpac? You can still receive the 3.0 series of patches, and have missed the expansion itself I believe. There is a feature on Windows launcher to turn Auto-Installation of this on and off. Maybe something similar on PS?
(I know you said you have got them all....but you never know.

From google: On PS4, on the menu, go down to your "related items" on The Heavensward icon. On the right hand side, under addons, click it and it should download it.

well I'm not sure if this helps, but for the PS4 after all of this is done we had to install an add on which was showing in the main menu under the game title altho kinda hidden. you might need to check if there's anything like that from the menu or from PS store for any add on. (not sure how it is with PS3 tho)

Yeh ... in ps3 psn said "not aviable for purchase" in hw standard edition .... ive contacted sony support ... that was an excellent costummer support he told me "i will do anything on my reach yo help u fix this isue" is the face off from square enix where everyone seems to be in a rush

If you're level 53, then Heavensward is definitely registered to your account as you would not be able to earn any exp past level 50 with just the basic game, so it's not likely to be a licensing issue.

Sorry if this is what you meant, but can you confirm the actual expansion is installed? It doesn't come as a regular patch, you have to go into the settings menu (on the launcher, before you click play) and actually select to download HW expansion. There's an option to also automatically download expansions in future, but the first one you have to do yourself (or at least turn on automatic for it to do on next load)

What it sounds like you have is it registered to your account (because you can level past 50), but you don't have the actual expansion itself downloaded so the game is stopping you as it has no idea what to do next until you do. The main game patches for people without HW so they see the new gear/skills etc, but the expansion itself is a separate download for all the cutscenes, quests, story etc.

Oh :S Sorry, it's just with how similar the PC launcher is to the PS3 one, I thought it'd be there too (I don't have HW on PS3 though to test, only the base game as I play on PC)

Worldofneil dont worry now im on waiting of psn response abd see what happens... today morning i uninstalled the gane again and isnt fixed with reinstall 4th time by now
