how many transfers did it take you to find the right server to stay on?

transferred to Tonberry from Brynhildr since the timezone is more suitable for me (I live in Indonesia) and most Indonesians are on that server. I didnt like it so I came back to Bryn after only staying a month c:

None. Been on Ultros since phase 3 beta and picked it again during phase 4. Found a nice FC, now dead sadly, in the early access of 2.0s launch, but eventually found a really nice LS among other people that I'd hate to leave.

I've never transferred. I have several characters on 3 data centers (Elemental, Aether, Primal), and the one I played the most I made my main. I keep the alts reasonably geared via roulettes, usually during slow periods of content. (Not keeping eggs in one basket)

Started on Leviathan at ARR launch, moved to Bryn on the free transfer as I already made an alt to check out the server before the free ones were given. Stayed there for some time, eventually made an alt on Atomos out of curiosity of a NA group on a JP server; which eventually led me to go there for little over a year. Their FC goals started to change over time and the language barrier with the locals was starting to get tiresome, so I decided to bring myself back to NA which led me to Goblin first, big part of my decision was housing at the time and how little was around.

However, Goblin was also facing a rapidly declining market during the same time I moved, so instead of chancing it I searched out another small (open housing) server with a more steady market which led me to Mateus. I stayed there with a couple houses for a good few months before I got lonely and none of the FCs seemed like a good fit. So in the end I ended up going back to Bryn after hearing about the housing adjustments that will be coming, and keeping an alt (the one originally made on Bryn) on Atomos. None of that though includes the countless alts I've made on practically every NA server to check markets and possible FCs over the years. The large FC I was in before I left was pretty much dismantled but the market is still just as strong with a sizable community, so it still feels like a home since I'm familiar with it. Just currently looking for a new 'casual core' FC when I'm not off visiting Atomos. :P

I'm on Odin. I have never ever transferred and I only would if all my friends came with me, and only to find a Server with A. A bigger LGBT community than the non-existant Odin one and B.To find more Fem Roes.
