thinking of transfering to Jenova just have some quick questions

Does houses open up very often? and how active is the party finder list normally?

I've seen a few houses open up since reclaim came in. I can't really compare pf to other servers, but it can be busy. Things are a little slow right now with it being that dead time right before a patch, but there were about 10 parties in pf when I looked yesterday, mostly crystal farms, thordan farms, and some coil glamour farming.

Houses are not as open right now. Jenova was one of the last servers to "sell out" of plots. So a lot of the people that bought the plots are relatively new to either the game or owning a house, so not a lot of people getting burnt out or leaving at the moment. There was a good turnover at initial reclaim, but have not seen much open up since then.

PF is really slow compared to a lot of servers. I would say there might be 10 listings (during prime time) but 2-4 are WTB or WTS posts, 4-7 are crystal farms for Relic and 1-3 for primals or raids or such. To really get into a lot of end game runs, you will need to be a bit more social than other servers. This could be good or bad, depending on your playstyle. But I would not count on logging in, and getting a lot of runs from PF.
