Finally got around to posting this:

Time: Any
Frequency: 8 of 10 times I've entered
World name: Adamantoise
Character name: Heavymetal Goddess
Class/Level: WHM
Party or solo: Party
In-game time: Any
Area and coordinates: Housing, Ishgard, Idylshire.
Housing: The Lavender Beds and Mist
Steps:
1. Flag for Void Ark in Duty Finder
2. Get Full Party
3. As soon as the game transitions or tries to into the initial cut scene, system freezes.

It has happened to me 8 of 10 times I've entered. Every time it has freezed, I have had to reboot my system and log back into FF14 to enter void ark.
