issue not resolved: Beast timers not resetting

So as the title informs, I have been unable to complete my beast tribe quests or hand ins, none of it because the timer for beast tribes only will not reset.
It has been five plus days now, I have contacted SE support and now out of desperation I am hoping to have someone at least respond.

Thus far I have reported a bug in-game three times as directed.
I have emailed into SE support through their website which then had a "GM" email back, informing me that it was not a direct response email or even an individual email back but simply their normal 'email to all, doesn't matter the problem' email that told me simply to check out their FAQ to see if it will fix my issue.

I'm at this point of dissapointment over zero customer contact for issues where its ruining my enjoyment of the game.

So here is me hoping posting on the forums for some help.

did you finish (ALL) of the current beast tribes you have taken. if you take all 12 allowence you have to finish all the 12 quests from each beast tribe to get the next day. they do not reset individually. so if you take 3 from vanu vanu and finish them but took 6 of the Amaljaa and did not finish those. you still need to finish what you took from Amaljaa to get the vanu vanu reset again for the new day.

so all beast tribes share the same day reset. if you have any active the next day will not show.

Have you double checked your Journal just to be sure there's none hidden in there? It's not unusual for one to sneak in and not display on the main screen.

I went through my journal a few times and didn't find any beast tribe quests, however that was the answer cause when I switched platforms somehow there was one in there.
