Can we get a poll at the end of every content patch?

Read a post in this thread but Idk where people are getting the idea of getting a pop up after every activity. As the title of the thread said "At the end of every content patch" meaning in 2 weeks before the next content patch. You will be able to go take survey at the mog box or grand company place.

It needs to be in game at not at launcher because as I said before there is a lot of players who just want to rush and log on just to afk or chat with friends while doing other things in game.

It's a suggestion that got mentioned in the first reply in the thread.
