Indeed, there will be all sorts of responses which should be invalid. You'd hope that if you made the rewards nice enough that enough people would complete it to dilute the poor responses. People tend to over-react as well, something bugs them and they put 1 out of 5! Cannot believe you'd put out such stupid content!
