Until SE gives us a new recipe for Robes, I'm left trying to make my own.. I can craft the robe but I can't craft the squirrel fur shoulder guards. Those aren't available in any of the three cities' wards.

Would somebody with +24 leatherworking be able to make squirrel fur from a pelt if I provide the materials? And then perhaps make the guards? I don't understand how one needed such a high leatherworking skill for a component of a lower required part.. but I guess that's why they're changing it.
