Will Alexander Midas (Savage) require A4S clear?

I've heard this rumor about midas savage requiring only midas normal mode clear to be unlocked. Is it true? I thought A4S clear was going to be a requirement. I understand it wouldn't make much sense developing and releasing a content accessible to only a really really small part of the playerbase. Still, it's a raid and it seems strange you can skip the obstacles like this. It feels like gordias will be abandoned sooner than the first coil.

Just do Midas (Normal) to access Midas (Savage). Alex (Savage) will be a piece of cake in 3.2, forget about it.

Except it is a translation error that appears only on the English lodestone. The other 3 versions (JP, DE, FR) announce different prerequisite quests for Normal and Savage.
