A4S Farm Static looking for (DPS BLM/NIN/DRG either one of those and SCH) for 3.2/etc

Hello there, I am looking for a dps that can be either blm, ninja, or dragoon to rep our current member because he cannot raid with us any longer and the same with our sch for 3.2 AND BEYOND!!! We raid at 8am PST(or 10am CST). I expect you to have good dps, critical thinking, awareness skills and the ability to have thick skin for when we critique you on your performance. Also the plus side to make puns because puns make everything better. We use TS3 and if shit goes crazy either a mumble or discord(who doesn't have all 3 anyway...all dem pug groups.) I'd be interested in trying out for this. Currently on a very small server without as much current alex savage experience as your team (cleared a1s and a2s back in October but my group fell apart shortly thereafter and I've had issues finding a stable group since on my server). I pick up and learn fights quickly and can definitely do enough dps to meet any current dps checks. I can play both drg and nin, even though monk had been my main focus for my former raid group.
