    Unable to unlock Heavensward content, specifically "Coming to Ishgard Quest."

    I finished all of the old content from a Real Reborn. The new content from Heavensword is still locked, despite being installed and registered. The quest "Coming to Ishgard" does not have any requirements, simply "this quest is not yet available." As stated the pre-requisite, "Before the Dawn," quest has been completed. Yet, I am unable to access any of the expansion's content.
