i208 BRD looking for good static (server transfer)

i208 BRD from Zodiark looking for a decent static, and i am willing to change server.
I have a1+2 & thordan on farm and have seen the most of a3.

what i want from a static:
Raiding at least 3 days a week somewhere between 6pm st to 11 pm st (though i'm very flexible).
Someone who cares and shows up on time.
People who are patient and don't rage after a lot of wipes.

You can ofc expect the same from me.

It's possible for me to be on Discord/TS etc.
