A question about hotbar and skill names

Hi, I'm just asking as a PS4 player, I decided to make changes to my hot bar as a DRK, and I have made it so Off gcds that I cannot have all on one hotbar display their skills above the hotbar, but this gets obscured by the skill names.

Is there an option where I can get rid of the skill name and just leave the hotbar alone, or is there no option to get rid of the annoying skill list?

So is this a crossbar that you use for actions with a straight horizontal hotbar above it that you use only for the icon display?

I believe you can turn off the skill names from above the crossbar by unchecking the setting at:
Main Menu -> Character Configuration -> Hotbars section -> Cross tab -> [x] Display Hotbar Help

You can remove the skill names. Go to character configuration. Then the crossbar tab. Last tab on the right there is a check box sarong something about skill help. Uncheck that box. At work so can't give a better description
