good morning..
i cant express how disappointed i´m with the help recived from SE support center.
im starting my second month subscription with this odd issue... "i still cant access to the Heavensward content" and before u ask let me answer with some points.
1 yes all quest from ARR are completed

2 "coming to ishgard" quest is in red and says (u must have a HW copy registred and installed)

3 yes ive got a HW code activated into my account

4 yes my ARR and my HW subscription are for the same console (ps3)

5 ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times delete the cache along with all my in game configs (macros configs etc)

6 yes all actualizations patches and stuff are downloaded

7 ive made contact with SE mail support, they told me "u must ask to a GM help" ...ive made contact with a GM they told me "u should contact to live support" ... and then i talk with a nice guy named Mark in life support and he told me "u must contact with Sony PSN" by then ive got this face >>> (-_-)

8 my char by now is lvl 53 and i still cant acces to ishgard or any HW content

9 my subscription is payed till 8/mar

10 i feel cheated ... im paying for some services im not reciving

if anyone in here is interested in help me i will apreciate ur efforts keeping in mind that no one in SE is doing anything and im start feeling like a fraud victim
