Coming To Ishgard/Heaensward Expansion.

Unable to access Heavensward quests even after registration. Still have raised level cap and other features of Heavensward but quests are still locked and say I must register even after I have done so.

Did you do all the mainquests till the entering of Ishgard through the story?

^^ you need to complete the MSQ line from 2.55 upto Before the Dawn to unlock Heavensward and Ishgard, so all MSQ quests and dungeons, trials etc etc

I did all those and finally got in contact with people to help me I pretty much had to re-install Heavensward. Thank you for the help though!
