Leve Quest Bug

I posted this in feedback like the rules asked however I have yet to get a single reply so I'm posting this here. I just need a way to either reset the quest so I can pick it up again or get the leve trial i'm supposed to do...

Time: 2:55pm
Frequency: consistant
World name: 8:30pm - Leviathan server
Character name: Flare Grian'ithr
Retainer name:None
NPC name: Ourawann
Monster name: None
Class/Level: White Mage/56
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 8:30 pm server time
Area and coordinates: Lower La Noscea -The Gods' Grip -Moraby Drydocks (23,33)
Housing: None
Steps:
1. Opened quest in quest log to "Leves of Moraby" quest to find no objectives or abandon option to reset the quest.
2. Proceeded to Moraby Drydocks to talk to the NPC that gives the quest.
3. NPC Ourawann tells me to complete the trial leve that is not in the quest log to complete.

Ooh, something similar happened to me with that NPC!
Did you accept leves in Limsa Lominsa for that area? It kept telling me to report to Ourawann after completion but I hadn't accepted any leves from him, so I had to get my rewards from T'mokkri.
