    In which country are you living?

    This has been going on for almost the past 2 weeks in the UAE, PS4 Etisalat users only. Still unable to login into game.

    Done that. Killed the Av and Firewall as well. No luck. I have done multiple full reboots of both the PC and the router and modem. Done traceroutes just in case. Nothing works.

    Quick update: Just finished trying everything that the first e-mail support suggested. The ONLY advance is that the Compatibility tester in Win 10 reports that the "ffxivboot.exe" is incompatible. Oh, my aching head.

    Good thing is that the sub renews in about 2 weeks. If I don't have this fixed before then, I'll just cancel my sub.

    Problem finally resolved. Support had no answers that worked. So I went really Old School. I ripped the game out and re-installed it and updated it from there. Back to working. : )
