Soul of the Dragoon Missing

My job Crystal for Dragoon is missing. I've checked every type of storage available to me and have also had someone watch my screen as I checked to make sure I'm not losing my mind. The GM's say the item is in my inventory as far as they can see, this however is not the case for me. I need to know what to do next, and for the love of everything holy please don't suggest I check my storage yet again. Thanks for taking the time to look at this.

P.S. If my search info is viewed, Lancer is level 60 now, but dragoon has no level listed. I've also checked with the lancer and dragoon trainer, there is no option to get my crystal back.
