    I believe that the hardware tokens have a low battery warning. So you can replace them. Also, there is a removal code you can obtain from your account page at the mog station. The tokens appear to be almost identical to RSA SecurID Tokens which have a battery life of 5-6 years. As long as you keep an eye on the token, you should have plenty of time to replace it.

    Same as our intelligent-pretty-lala, I had to reset my password SO many times because I kept moving between 2 homes. Still no limit noticed on how many times I can reset it, so I don't think there is any.

    It really not that hard, I had physical token when I played XI and had to have it removed when started XIV I just contacted their chat and answered couple questions and it was done.
