I actually don't see Rowena becoming a Syndicate member though, as she no longer has any connection to Ul'dah - she may be interested in politics, but that doesn't mean it would be in one of the existing citystates (after all, thanks to her 'donations' Revenant's Toll is fast becoming a pseudo citystate in it's own right, and Idyllshire could potentially follow suit). Her lack of connection to Ul'dah, coupled with the fact she was helping refugees the Syndicate turned their backs on (the Domans), just seems to me to show that Ul'dah's ruling plutocracy wouldn't be too keen letting her take a seat on it.

Why am I now suddenly thinking of her being addressed as 'President Rowena' of the Free Republic of Revenant's Toll'?
