Looking for a new FC to join (endgame focused)

Hello, I'm currently looking for a new FC to join with like-minded people.

Here are some things I'm looking for/things I'm interested in:

• Active with friendly people.
• Skilled players who clear content while it's relevant.
• Activities outside of static raiding (Speedruns, Trials, Diadem, etc).
• Theorycrafting, raid discussion, job discussion.
• Discussion on things outside of FFXIV (RPGs, other games, anime, etc).

About myself:

• I am a Black Mage main, and I've been playing it for two years.
• I enjoy playing all DPS jobs and learning how to play each one effectively.
• I also Tank sometimes but usually only in casual content, although I'd like to get better at playing them at a higher level.
• I'm primarily a raider, and it's been my main focus in the game since I learned about The Binding Coil of Bahamut.
• I'm always looking to improve my DPS, and I'm never satisfied!
• I'm currently in a static, but I still like to raid even if I cleared for the week.
• Been clearing A4S for 3 months.
• I have an alt that I'm planning on playing/gearing in 3.2, possibly to raid.
• I try to keep my crafters up to date but I primarily use them to craft for myself and friends.
