Am I Eternal Bonding right?

I'm not quite sure if this is where I should be asking, but I'm trying to be sure I don't mess up.
So I'm having a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding next week, and my partner and I have been trying to work this out.

On her end, it tells her that the ceremony is 2/12/16 at 4PM (3PM for me), and the Sanctum Dedicant keeps telling me that we have conflicting plans. I tried to enter the same time slot but it says it was taken, and I think it was by her. We've both got new sets of invitations to use that are set to the date of the ceremony, so does that mean we're all set for it?

The conflicting plans might refer to colours, music, entrance etc. They have to be the same for the wedding to happen. Different times are shown when your local times are different (i.e. you live in different time zones). If the new invitations have matching times, time zones accounted for, all you have to do is to make sure your ceremony preferences are the same.

The times are shown in your specific time zone for example if you were on pst and your partner on est it would show 4pm for you and 7pm for them, now for the npc telling you that you have conflicting plans, it just means that when you two chose the ceremony settings (music, layout, etc.) You each chose different options, but only one plan can be used. They don't have to be the same, just when the wedding starts the npc will want to know who's plan to use.
