Testimony isn't law. If evidence comes along that proves the Testimony of your 6 friends wrong, then obviously your friends are wrong. However if you had a picture of you hanging out with your friends at the time of the Murder, then it would be a fully supported Testimony.

In this case, you and your friends are saying it is possible to get HQ+2 with 100 or less Quality, while Mariya is saying it is impossible and submitted some evidence they thought supported their claim. Unfortunately, the poor wording and overall vagueness of the article crumbles as any proof.

However neither side has provided solid proof, and have only provided Testimony. You can't run a trial on Testimony alone. Therefore, both sides are still valid theories.
