Proposal to scrap the +1 +2 +3 feature from gear

I personally work under the assumption that it is a combination of moon phase, physical/mental stats, elemental stats, in-game month, and Guardian aspect.

If I remember correctly, in one of the as the devs posts, they specifically said that your guardian and your birthday don't affect anything at the moment.
