I'm glad I found this post and the link. I have been trying for days as a new player to figure out why I can't post even one question on the forums as a paying customer. The message on the forum is a generic one that is not helpful. It should at least give the link that was give about levels. I submitted this to support via email and the response was an automated one of check the on line help for game play. I don't think they even read the message.
I understand limits, but as a new customer I had a few simply questions I could not find on-line, that could have saved me a lot of time and taken someone a minute to answer. When customers are starting they may be in the most need, but also the most simple of needs.
At least let them post one message. There really is not reason to not at least allow that for a paying customer.
