So I'm a level 32 Lancer and I was wondering if it's best to level up the marauder to 15 now to become a Dragoon or to wait awhile and continue to just level my Lancer.

Agreed. The sooner you start to mix in your new skills, the easier it will become to handle the massive amount of skills you'll have at higher levels.

Simple question with simple answer:
Level up marauder and become a Dragoon as soon as you can. Suggest you also level up Pugilist to level 12+ for some nice cross-class skills.
