Dragoon stats?

I've been a dragoon as my main for a while, but never been considered a hardcore player. During raids, other players use "things" to gauge my damage output and tell me to up it. I've gotten the rotation down, but have been wondering about where my overall stats should be. I know strength and determination are at the top, but is there any kind of number I should shoot for? Should I focus on obtaining high item level equipment or equipment that only focus on granting srt and det?

DET: 0.139
CRT: 0.162
SS: 0.104

Basically WD>STR>Crit>Det>SkSp

For almost every class with an exception on BLM which Spell Speed is stronger than Crit and Det

Thanks for the info guys. I've tried to do Alex savage, but my parties all end up wiping. Mainly from miscommunication between everyone or slipping up at some point. So, I'll stick with eso and void gear for now. At least until the update

A few things were missed in that stat weight quote above.

Accuracy Caps:

Ravana EX: 572+
Alexander A1S: 595+
Alexander A2S: 609+
Alexander A3S: 639+
Alexander A4S: 647+

Skillspeed Softcaps:
Maximum : 652
Minimum : 590 (which is recommended in the thread above)

I'd recommend giving the DRG thread a serious read when you're able.
