    What if traits were retroactively applied for HW?

    By this, I mean, if at one point traits for battle classes were introduced in the span of lvl 51 - 60, what would you like to see for your job?

    To keep things simple, let's just say you'd obtain them at lvl 53, lvl 56, and lvl 59. So 3 traits.

    Keep in mind there are traits for direct stat increases and damage/healing buffs as well. Being a "what if" thread, anything is fair game. Provide a name if you like, or don't (I myself am not great at naming things).

    Personally for summoner, I'd like to see a buff to Tri-bind's potency (maybe 60?). Cross-classing Blizzard II because it drives the nail in the coffin for this ability has always been unsettling for me. To come up with 2 others though would be difficult...

    Anyway, just a reminder: I'm posting in General Discussion because I'd like to see what traits people could come up with for ALL jobs. Discuss/debate ideas if you like, just try not to derail completely where people stop posting ideas.

    I personally don't see a point in having traits affect abilities that are not cross-classable. In this case, they may as well just make the ability like that by default.

    For example, there could be a WHM trait for Cleric Stance that provides an accuracy buff. This accuracy buff would then only apply for WHM and not AST/SCH.

    Physick, for ACN, could have a trait that in the 50's applies an INT based heal. Cure Potency: 400, INT Cure Potency: 100 or whatever, allowing for a bit more healing power while in Cleric Stance for SCH, or a bit more of a useful heal for SMN.

    Make fracture worth the GCD on Warriors.

    Mercy Stroke heal works if the mob dies within 3 seconds (or so).

    A trait for PLDs flash to make it deal damage.

    Enhanced Death Blossom II: TP cost reduced so it no longer insta-drains you, and further boosted potency so ninjas aren't 100% useless at AoE.

    TBH I am not sure why we did not get this. Aetherdam 8, Aetherdam II 20, Aetherdam II 40 -> makes sense Aetherdam III would be 60

    Break shot: Increases effectiveness of Dismantle and Rend Mind to 15%.

    Heavy Metal: Critical damage on lead shots DoT has a chance buff the turret's damage by 50% for 10 seconds for Rook, 20% for a bishop for 12 seconds.

    Piercing shot: Increases the potency increase of ammo by 50, rather than 20 for all weapon skills.

    At least, I'd like to see lead ah it's DoT tie into something!
