We can see Minfilia's eyes glowing with the same color as Hydaelyn. Which probably explains why all of the Minfilia close-ups are with her eyes closed.
So, uh, if anyone had any remaining doubts that something unfortunate is going on here (do any of you on the lore forums even exist?), I think your dreams are going to be painfully dashed.

(Also, is anyone surprised at how openly they're showing Thancred? People in the General Forums cried about Wind-Up Ysayle being "too spoilery" of a title for the minion and so SE changed it to Iceheart, yet Thancred is a much bigger spoiler than Iceheart's name.)

I've been hoping that all Hydaelyn is doing is using Minfilia as a direct way to speak to her people (As only Her Echo Users can hear her) and that this whole "Avatar of Hydaelyn" business is a mundane case of "This is more practical for the both of us" rather than "There is no Minfilia, only Zuul!!! I mean, Hydaelyn."

I like the Famicom trinity for very different reasons then Yoshi-PD. I, for one, never considered Minwu an ideal to live up to. /badumtsss

She doesn't just look powered up, she looks downright sinister. Cinematography 101, do not put a character's face 2/3rds in shadow if you want them to look "nice" at first glance. (They've failed Cinematography 101 before, so it could mean anything. /shrug)

I'm more bummed that with all the cards they're adding (including CT drops!), there's still no G'raha or Moenbryda. I want to put them in a deck with Haurchefant, Ysayle and Estinien.

I... was kinda getting that feeling. "Eyes are the windows to the soul" and all that; I think I mentioned it previously.

Cinematography aside, I'm not quite sure what to make of it yet. Not sure if her eyes are glowing or it's just that her blue eyes are accentuated by the fact that almost literally everything around her is that color.

As a certain smuggler once famously said: "I got a bad feeling about this..."

They have a habit of only showing a handful of the new cards that are added if I recall correctly. I suspect it will be the same this time around and there will be at least a few more that have yet to be revealed. I'm particularly eager for a Varis card myself.

Ah. Well it'll be interesting to see what new lore - if any - the extra cards bring. I'm sure they'll reach a point where most major characters have a card to represent them anyway.
