I know it may seem like nothing is happening at times because we can't update you on the proceedings, but every report gets looked into, and the more there are, the better. That's the best way to help us help you.

Man kann nichtmal sagen das sie ihre Zeit bräuchten, ein Jahr um einen Botter gebannt zu bekommen ist schon ein bisschen heftig.
