Even it the requirement was to do the old savage first, weren't people complaining about dps checks in savage? That will be non existent with the new gear so people will have no excuse not the clear it (not to mention it's been cleared in 190 in china so having a weapon 30 ilvls higher in the new tier and not clearing basically means you had no chance). Unless of course people were lying and the difficulty was not the dps checks.

Those people suck... We are talking about progression raids here. I mean it's not really much of a dps check if you can clear the fight 3 minutes before enrage.
