    They're changing in 3.2—it hasn't been implemented yet.

    This happens every even-numbered major patch. The old, uncapped Tomestone becomes unobtainable; the old capped Tomestone becomes uncapped; and a new, capped Tomestone is added.

    AHHHH!! I have not noticed the trend - maybe becuase I just started playing the game again and trying to grind for Esoteric Gear!

    the 3.2 patch is February 23rd, 2016. expect a 10-24 hour maintenance window.
