How to find party member?

I usually form a party with my friends and that make 3 players including me, I want to know how can I find another member to join my party so we can go to the dungeon.

I'm not sure what you mean Allusia. :C Most 4 member content you can queue using the duty finder, as long as it fits within the 2 dps, 1 healer, 1 tank composition, but since you're 60 I'm sure you know this. Party finder can also help you for higher level content that requires performed parties, but those should all be 8 man. (Thordan and savage)

I'm also unsure if you're having a more specific problem or if you simply need a 4th party member. You can queue for Duty Finder, use Party Finder, or simply ask other players to join and invite them. If this is not the issue, please clarify.

It.. actually is possible he's got that far with assuming you can only use DF when you have the required amount of people. But as someone said, that's not true. As long as you three are some subset of one healer, one tank and two dmg, when you queue the DF will fill in the last spot. Debending what you're missing the time varies. The DF is both, means to enter the dungeons and a party matching system. There is few high end content things where you need to have complete party before queue though. In that case either party finder, or ask around in chat.
