Encore is an FC interested in clearing all content as it is released. Encore was founded by a single party of highly skilled players who wanted to surround themselves with people of their caliber in order to maximize their gaming experience. Encore progressed through any and all content that was available.

An ideal candidate will
•Have a mastery of their class (if not other classes)
•Have an A4 Savage Clear
•Communicate in Mumble
•Handle the pressure that raiding entails
•Have a constructive attitude
•Own up to their mistakes
•Be constantly trying to improve
•Not be bad
•Be mature
