I think Yoshi-P means other than the one time race change we may not see paid race changes.

/nod if it's that then it makes sense but he brought this up when the interview was talking about current existing players. Wouldn't make sense if they allowed players who created character after the new FFXIV to be able to change style after. Unless he's talking about the barber stuff players requested way back where we can change hair style anytime.
