Vibration not working when fishing while using DirectX 11

    Time: January 30th, 2016 11:30 p.m. EST
    Frequency: All the time
    World name: Lamia
    Character name: Kaytlyn Aihya
    Class/Level: Fisherman 18
    Party or solo: Solo
    Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa
    Steps:
    1. Switch the game to DirectX 11 from the config in the launcher
    2. Attempt to fish
    3. When a fish bites, the controller will not vibrate
    4. Exit the game and switch to DirectX 9.0c (turn off DirectX 11)
    5. Attempt to fish
    6. When a fish bites, the controller will vibrate as intended

Toggling the vibration option in the System Configuration while in game will do a small vibration on the controller regardless of which DirectX mode is active. Only fishing seems to be impacted.

    Controller: Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710

Vibration on Windows is a weird beast at times. I always disable it in FFXIV because it causes the game to either crash or become unresponsive to input when it rumbles. This is using an official Microsoft Windows XBox 360 Controller and had caused the same issues in DX9 & DX11 versions of the game on Win7, Win8 & Win8.1 (all 64bit versions).

It's easier for me to do without than risk corruption from a crash.

I forgot to add that it's ONLY with fishing in FFXIV. No other game action, no other software.
