That's weird, cus I give no fucks to Shadow Flare as NIN and can walk through it with hide just fine.

I've seen Ninjas get caught with their pants down a lot on that middle ramp node in the caves. They'll be at about the top edge (like they were trying to hug the edge of the ramp) and they got caught. I always assumed it was from walking through an AoE, as I notice them getting caught when we're all standing on the ramp and not doing anything, so it's not like anyone was doing any other AoEs like Assize (then again, I can't accurately say what all 24 people in my GC Alliances are up too). Perhaps the AoE was getting reapplied and the first hit from it being placed broke it? Or perhaps because they were layered, which did enough damage to cancel the Hide? I've seen it happen far more than once, though, for it to be a coincidence so I always assumed it was from the AoEs.

theres some places in seal rock which are great for unleashing your limit breaks was funny last night flames were pushing the last few minutes for our s area saw 4-5 mage lbs hit in the small pathway between the rocks n no1 was left lol

Funny how alliances will purposely choose to funnel themselves in that area when they can easily go around and attack from the north or south.

Honestly Shadow Flares are not such useful during a battle, I understand that you say to set it up before and it's "ok" but if I have to push a cliff I'll totally ignore to get a tick of it, as BLM I obviously dont' stand in it but It doesn't refrain me from attacking x)
Instead I totally hate Doton that damend laggy heavy is terrible, I can pass through the puddle and get "Doton Heavy" right after I crossed it all for few sec xD

And also I would like to make the people think that Shadow Flare interrupt the Tomelith capture, it's the second time that an enraged bard shout me to land it under a tome costantly.
Also I hate that it break sleep and I have an issue with all the ground HoT that you will hardly get if they are yours, of the other alliance or of the enemies, up to me they should apply a color filter in pvp fon not-for-you ground DoT/HoTs x)

As long as the hit is not direct (e.g DoTs) it doesn't mess up hide. I've been bane'd and slept in hide before.

Yep, you can walk through it before you get the debuff. You can't stand on it for too long. Once you get debuff, your hide wears
