Every single evening, no exceptions, over the last three weeks. Packet loss and errors start at the Montreal sources approx 6 pm EST, and generally clear up after 11 pm. Results: lag, rubber-banding, strange game mechanics. occasional disconnects. What's interesting is that the effects are well-timed: spikes usually occur every 19-22 seconds, with double-spikes at five second intervals every two minutes.

The game is nearly impossible to play except late at night and during the day -- when server loads are lighter. At those times it's perfect. No issues outside of SE and the immediate portal itself, as shown in this snapshot, and 31 others I've collected No, don't bother to tell me that it's on my end; been there, done all that. And I don't care if this post "doesn't belong here." Tech support and other avenues have been completely irrelevant or non-responsive.

In one way, it's a good thing. Last night my party wiped on the final boss in Fractal, except for me. I took the boss down from 19% to zero single-handed with the Titan out. How? Because the boss mechanics was (fortunately) cycling with the spikes -- and I was lagged and apparently invulnerable when most of them occurred. Uh, hooray?

Enough. Fix, please.

If you have a comcast provider I believe people are having this issue outside of 14 as well. I lose internet around midnight for everything, though I haven't been on 14 as of late so it may be different. goodluck and stuff

I only have the problem when i play xenoblade chronicles x. If you use wifi i think comcast throttles it. >_>

I've read about that, though I can't say for sure it's a thing now, but I hope that's the case.

It's the hops your ISP routes you through, and there's extremely little you or SE can do about it.

Complain to your ISP about their crappy routing.
