It's not going to happen. They gave CON all the AoE cures and raises. They increased nuking potential for Banish and Scourge. Even look at the materia: VIT can be attached to Con weapons but not THM weapons, INT can be attached to THM weapons but not CON weapons. They did this with the mindset to increase THM nuking potential, and CON's enhancing magic potential.
