I can't give a translation, but using google translate it seems he's saying that he's going to be arriving in Japan tomorrow/today after his PR tour and will be posting this list of changes very soon. Seems somebody on the thread quoted the same text from the producer's letter that the OP did so he is responding to that. Hopefully that means we hear something before the Live letter, but I think he is saying "wait a week please" because they are still making a few adjustments before making it public.
