Avatar issue?

The forums update the avatars at random intervals...at least it feels like random.
For instance you appear for me. Sometimes my avatar appears in, for example, my PLD gear when I maybe was PLD for five minutes ingame and logged off as BRD.
If you deleted your character before, that's why it's shaded. It's just going through your new character and your old deleted character. It should stop eventually.

Thanks for the heads-up AskaRay. When you say "For instance you appear for me", do you mean that you see my avatar unshaded and colorful?
