Is it possible to save a specific hud for a certain number of job ?
Like if i move the party frame in a certain place on the hud for my healing role but not for the dps/tank job

No, currently it is not possible.
There are rumors about an addon interface being implemented - perhaps then...
You can kind of do this with macros. Kind of.

You can do it manually by saving copies of the hud configuration files and then pasting them into the "my games" folder when you change jobs.
Of course this isn't an option if you're on a console.
It's been requested before.
If we're requesting what we'd like for it, though, I'd prefer it simply be a pair of "Save HUD settings" / "Load HUD settings" options allowing multiple named save files rather than tying it to what job we're on. That would give us a bit more flexibility.
That way, we'd be able to switch between layouts when we switch to a different role if we want, but would also allow switching when we want to hang out with our FC mates for a party or roleplay session and don't need all the same HUD elements we might during a dungeon or raid, and so on. We could have a dungeon HUD, questing HUD, and casual hanging out HUD, or whatever. It could also provide a good way to save one character's HUD and load it onto a new alt character.
And if there would be macro command for recalling any particular save file, be it by index number or filename, it would be simple to couple in a macro that changes the gearset(job) and possibly does some other changes.
If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.
I only have one job per character so this doesn't affect me, but being that I have slightly different UI setups to cater to hotbar-heavy classes, I support this idea.
