VIT will scale with attack power, STR will scale but not as much

SE make this change, maybe because there was too much players arguing about Vit vs Str.

They made this because mixing STR and VIT on pentamelded accessories is a real thing for tanks.
And it costs A LOT...
...while other jobs can simply go full tome/raid gear with one stat...free.
