Dervys done all the math and ran 4 different scenarios of how VIT/STR interacts with AP.
Either, Secondaries for tanks will stay the same, or they'll blow up.

You don't happen to have a link for this do you? I don't see it on his wordpress blog but I'm interested in seeing how it all breaks down.

I know Dervy personally. You can say I basically am Dervy.
He doesn't want to publish anything in case people start uh... Taking what he says the wrong way. He himself doesn't know how SquareEnix will handle the changes until 3.2 hits, so he could give out the wrong impression with the numbers he has and mislead a lot of people.
The changes are a lot more volatile than many people are making them out to be, depending on how the new damage formula is constructed, how Strength and Vitality interact with AP and how they scale etc.
He did post this mock-up of very, very quick weight calculations however based on one of his scenarios: http://puu.sh/mPffH/425e4c495c.png

But you're talking about it and potentially giving people false impressions anyway. Okay. >.>He doesn't want to publish anything in case people start uh... Taking what he says the wrong way. Contradictory, maybe. That's what all jobs will eventually see anyway due to power creep. Even if it's "missleading" now, well see similar values in 3.4. Maybe 3.2 if they wreck power creep even more
