I'm not really too sure how to take it other than Tanks will have a lot more HP and won't be wearing pure DPS accessories.

Look at the case of Melded Accessories, even if STR scales at half of VIT.

i150 Crafted with Penta Melds would be almost as strong as i210 (44 ATK VS 47 ATK) - just less HP.

i180 Crafted fully melded for STR -> 54 ATK equivalent.

So stronger than i220 but not as strong as i230 (other than the difference in HP)

So depending on how much STR will still effect damage, you may find that while tanks wont be stacking DPS accessories, the crafted accessories will be even stronger than they were.

I really hope that HP given by VIT accessories will be changed, otherwise I won't even try to heal a DRK with Living Dead debuff triggered.
Easier to just let them die and raise, I'd waste less MP and no aetherflow stack (Three Lustrates would fill up till 13k~isj).
Also, if STR still helps, but VIT helps more than STR, there's no way people are going to mix them, unless secondary stat are actually important/needed enough.

Even if Fell Cleave were nerfed, WAR's position would be in no jeopardy whatsoever. Storm's Eye to buff all tanks and NIN? Check. Storm's Path, the best damage down debuff in the game, especially in progression? Check. Super burst and AoE? Check check check.

Do you realize DRK offers nothing special in the OT role? It's not even particularly high damage, DRK does more while getting attacked. It's just a Delirium bitch while OTing with mid-level DPS. WAR can put up both its debuffs on demand and only lose some Vengeance ticks.

If you're gonna troll, at least be reasonable ;/
