A4s cleared static LF BLM/SMN and BRD/MCH for 3.2 onward!

Our group is in need of a BLM/SMN and a BRD/MCH for a1-4s farm, sales, 3.2 progression and beyond! (knowledge of both classes in the role is nice but not required, being good at one is more than enough)

We raid 2am-5am EST 4+ days (usually more during progression since people are excited to compete for clears, four is my set minimum) per week during progression, sometimes longers hours if people are willing and schedules permit for pushing progression. Our group has had a4s on farm since Oct 14 2015. We want to push 3.2 content hard on release (EX primals done first week, a1/2s done first week) and compete for server firsts. We want someone with the desire to learn and clear content quickly and efficiently.

Things we expect:

* able to make scheduled raid times
* use discord to keep in contact outside of raid times and be able to use ts3 during raid
* know your class to the fullest
* quickly learn encounters and react accordingly
* learn from mistakes don't mindlessly repeat them
* good attitude, able to give/receive criticism as needed
* never settle, always wanting to improve/better yourself
