Static looking for WAR, SCH, BRD/MCH and Melee DPS

Linkshell-based static is currently looking to replenish our ranks with the following classes

Warrior - Filled
Scholar - Filled
Bard or Machinist - Filled
Any Melee DPS (Our current melee DPS plays both Dragoon and Monk, so we are flexible regarding class of the other) - Filled

About us

The four current members of the static have raided together for a while, and have been through several MMOs together before FFXIV. We all love raiding, but given current work situations we can't go at it as much as we would have liked to. What we are looking to create is instead a casual static in terms of time, but hardcore in terms of mentality. We are looking at 2-3 raid nights a week, where we give our absolute best to beat the content that SE give us. Core values of the group are based around detailed tactics discussions and theory crafting, as well as individual practice outside of raiding hours, so that we can get as much out of the few raid days that we have as possible. Our experience in Heavensward raiding varies slightly between the individuals: All of us have cleared A2S, while some of us have kill experience on A3S as well.

We are looking for like-minded people that:

* Have a deep understanding of the class they play, both in terms of playing the class but also theoretical knowledge such as stat weights and similar, and are able to adapt their playstyle based on the fights we face.
* Want to push the class they play to the absolute maximum in order to improve as a player, even outside of raids.
* Are willing to put in effort outside of raid hours to make sure that their gear is the best that can be achieved, be that farming for relics, capping on tomestones every week etc.
* Are able to speak and listen on TeamSpeak (english) as needed for the fights (you do not need to be the most vocal person ever, but being able to call out mechanics during fights is crucial)
* Are able to be a part of group discussions and post mortems to analyze what caused a wipe, what we can improve on etc.
* Have the ability to raid 2-3 days a week (days are not settled yet, but currently Mondays and Thursdays are off the table). We are looking at 3 hours (2 lockouts) per raid night.
* Can take as well as give constructive criticism and understand that criticism is an attempt to help you improve, not a personal attack.
* Show up to raid nights on time, and having done appropriate prep work (reading tactics, watching PoV videos etc).

What we can offer:

* TS server for use during raids.
* Free raid food (we have crafters that craft and hand out raid food so that you do not need to buy it off the MB).
* Competent players that give their all during raid nights.

What we do not require:

* Joining any specific FC. We coordinate raiding over Skype, an in-game LS as well as TeamSpeak. We do not ask that you leave your current FC to raid with us.

Ideally we would like to see that you have some sort of previous raiding experience, either in FFXIV or in other MMOs. Heavensward experience is obviously the best, but we do not require it. Exceptions will be made for people that show that they have what it takes to do raiding at a serious level, even if they have yet to take the plunge.

Hi I'm currently looking for a new static and yours seems to be the right fit I'm a ilvl 206 war due to having void ark legs and body I will have relic weapon this week I have cleared a1s and a2s by the 3rd week of release unfortunately haven't been able to spend enough time in a3s due to members having rl issue resulting in serious halt in progression I'm currently on last phase of a3s I'm on zodiark server atm but will transfer my only downfall is that I work 3 shifts pattern mornings afternoons and nights but am committed to rading and will turn up when time and days are set

hi hi,
i am plan to start raiding again at release of 3.2 content.
i was playing mainly WAR in raids and looking for a new static now, i am learing fast and have good skills to get the best ot of things beat Thordan ex 10x after 5 days after release, multikill experince in A3s with diffrent groups.
A4s experince up to 4th leg.
i have a lot of raid experience was Raiding as WHM/BLM for a while also pre HW.
let me know about what raidtimes you are aiming for
