Bugs Still remaining IN Game and are they going to Be fixed or Ignored?

I have noticed alot of bugs still in the game that make no sense to me as a Long time Final fantasy player and tester. Example would be having to pull weapon out when use Stride which causes loss of 3-6seconds depending on lag making the skill really only for 24-27s
when its a 30s Skill. Is this something getting fixed or ignored? If its ment to make people level up Lancer to get Fleet of Foot thats really poor use of the Skill. Also conj AOE healing radius is not set fixed. I can stand in same spot facing same way towards party members and cast cure 2 5x in row and hit different people each time.. I am sure there are alot of things that still need work nothing is perfect and masterpieces take time. I know I speak for alot of players when I say we would like to atleast have you tell us the things that are being fixed so we know its not just programmed that way for some unknown reason to us. that way we can also use these forums to tell you about things you may not even be aware of or help solve issues. Lastly only bad comment I will make in regards to this game is this I have played every Final Fantasy game ever made and own copy in sealed mint condition and seeing "Fatigue" system in this game to me is an insult to what the original designers of past final fantasy games strived to do to make Final Fantasy different then everyone else. The moto was always "Harder you work the better the rewards" so this may sound harsh but are you trying to teach kids that if you work hard youll be punnished for it?
Also you talk about FFXIV being about team play how can someone that is not able to play one week supposed to catch up to rest of the people they normally play with if they cant play longer on a job when they can. This Fatigue system has made me want to stop playing Final Fantasy for first time ever.

Do I still refill my quiver? Your a barbut is damaged? That's all I care about: if I still have magic invisible arrows and the game calls me damaged goods in poor grammar.

If you want your first post to be taken seriously, I would suggest using punctuation and paragraphing. It's normally a good way to avoid the sudden bleeding of the reader's eyes.

In any case lag isn't a bug. Lag is lag, it doesn't work like a bug, and it's not fixed as a bug (and often it's not entirely fixable, as it doesn't entirely depend on the game).

The same for the fatigue system. It's an intendesd system in the game, that you or I may like or not. But that's another matter entirely. Since there are multiple threads on the matter, you might want to post in one of them. Unless you think your complaints are somehow more important than anyone else's to deserve their own thread?

I don't think they'll left bug in the game on purpose. They are fixing and adding stuff going with what they find more important first. Also they might not be aware of every bug so post the one you find in the In-Game bug section of the forum.

As for quickstride since you mentioned it, i don't think it's a bug, since it's an archer skill the goal behind the skill is probably to let you put some distance between you and an enemy or to simply run away so it's normal to have to be in battle stance to use it. If the skill was there for travel purpose it would last longer.

Merlin, I feel the same. Absolutely the same.

I've noticed some of the bugs, like the healing one, as I play THM and CON. But I think these are small tweaks that can easily be put on the back-burner for a while, or might even be quick fixes in the next patch.

Just for another one, (not sure if this is a glitch, but I'd like to think it is), in the targeting system, if you have a beneficial spell selected, you can't use the function keys to select a party member. You have to select them first, then the spell, and then confirm that they are your target. So you can't be fighting the mob, select cure, and then the tank. It really keeps us out of combat.... The best thing I think a caster can do to get around this is to go into their Config menu and turn off the auto-lock feature. It makes it just a little bit better.

As far as fatigue goes, I've posted in so many different threads about it, and somehow you've been able to sum up most of my feelings about it into one sentence:

"If you work hard, you'll be punished for it."

I've read all about the intent for it. But I still don't think SE really thought that "feature" through before they put it in. We're supposed to be rewarded for our efforts, or why bother making an effort at all?

I think these bugs will get fixed soon, but I'm still a little more concerned with the system over-haul that looms in the distance. *crosses fingers* I hope it'll set things straight!

umm maybe you should tell SE about these bugs. i'll understand if you sent a ton of bug reports and it still hasn't been fixed but u mentioned nothing about telling SE about these "bugs"

the fatigue system is there so people can keep up with someone who plays more. the person who plays more hits fatigue and has to play a different class.

To comment on replies I will say this. In terms of "fatigue" system if you are behind 5 levels because others leveled while you were away and you try to Do leves and "Grind" etc to try to get that 5 levels you will be punnished before you even get that
3rd level (obviously based on fact that fatigue works of SP total number) so for example you get 100k sp and now your also
Fatigued and will have a hard time getting rest of the SP needed to catch up. The Aspect system is what what implemented to
play Catch up as more your away the aspect grows back to max. But this Feature does not work for grinding or quests only Leves and now from what I have been told behest but with the level ranges on behest exaple 15 guys 30-49 is not recommended to waist on. Also with max 8 Leves every 36hours gives you only 8 times you can use the aspect.

Now for all you people out there saying you can use the aspect on there leves as well I'll say this if your 5 levels behind them do they really want to waiste there leves with you so you can use aspect and get more sp where they get less? If so there gonna be "Punnished" for playing the game with you till your back in there optimal level range again.

What i am basically saying is this from Final Fantasy 1 all the way thru you have had the ability to choose what you want to do that day, gaining levels for skills, questing for items or Fame, searching for rare items, Challenging yourself with HNMs or mobs your shouldn't be fighting yet, and now crafting, repairing, for profit or skill, the fatigue system is a control system to stop you from enjoying these things. Be very careful people because next they will be saying after you kill 100 of a type of mob you wont be able to kill it anymore or you got 99 raptor skins already so guess what no more drops for you. You can say they will never do this but if someone said in 11 that they might make it so if you get too much Sp they would cut it down you would of said same thing "No way they would never be stupid to do that everone would quit" well look around im sure you all know 1-10 people that started game with you and are now gone and more thinking about it everyday. If SE said today This is is this is the game enjoy it
Would you stay? If they said tommorow No Fatigue system staying in Place as it is like it or not Please Vote on my Post would you quit or stay? I would really like to know and hope SE would see the Poll too.
